The Turbosmart vIWG Vacuum-Operated Wastegate Actuator is engineered to maximise the performance of BorgWarner EFR turbochargers by delivering faster boost response and improved boost control compared to the factory actuator. Its increased working ratio, achieved through a larger 57mm diaphragm and optimised spring design, provides greater control over boost and backpressure while maintaining excellent responsiveness. Designed for direct fitment, it includes three secondary rods to suit all B1 and B2 single and twin-scroll EFR turbochargers. For best results, ECU tuning and recalibration are recommended after installation.
