The Turbosmart StraightGate50 Pneumatic External Wastegate is the world's highest-flowing external wastegate, engineered to deliver exceptional exhaust flow and precise boost control for high-performance and motorsport applications. Featuring a 50mm zero-offset butterfly valve, the StraightGate50 provides almost linear control and a significantly wider tuning window than conventional poppet-style wastegates. Its self-balancing valve design minimises the effect of exhaust backpressure, allowing stable boost control even under extreme conditions. Supplied with a 6psi base spring and a GenV twin-port actuator, it supports both single and twin-port boost control strategies for maximum tuning flexibility.
