What is a remote mounted fuel filler?
A remote mounted fuel filler is NOT located directly on the fuel tank or fuel cell, but rather somewhere else on the vehicle, such as the fender. See this blog article for more information on fuel cell filling.
20-0505-V Remote Mount Fuel Filler, 1.5in, Vented
The 20-0505-V Remote Mount Filler, 1.5in, Vented typically secures to the vehicle body. The vented fuel cap has roll-over protection if the vehicle ever becomes inverted. The fill neck has a machined hose barb connection for 1.5" filler hose (available HERE). The outer diameter is 4.75" and uses 4.25" P.C.D for the five M5 bolts. Total height is 4.1". Requires a 77mm (3.03") hole to be fabricated.

The 20-0504-V Dry Break, 1.5in, Female, Remote Mount, Vented typically secures to the vehicle body. The vented fuel cap has roll-over protection if the vehicle ever becomes inverted. The fill neck has a machined hose barb connection for 1.5" filler hose (available HERE). The components, materials, and seals are compatible with all fuel types (unleaded and leaded gasoline, diesel, AV gas, methanol, ethanol, E15, E85, etc.). The outer diameter is 4.75" and uses 4.25" P.C.D for the five M5 bolts. Total height is 4.1". Requires a 77mm (3.03") hole to be fabricated.

20-0547 Remote Mount Fill Neck, 24AN Elbow, 1.5in Barb
The 20-0547 Remote Mount Fill Neck is primarily used with a body-mounted remote filler (see 20-0505-V). The -24AN fill neck mates to a 24AN hose end capable of 360 degree rotation. It features a 75 degee elbow and uses a 1.5" barb (filler hose available HERE). A bespoke 1-7/8" aluminum wrench is provided for tightening the B-nut and prevent marring. The fill neck features a flapper check valve for rollover protection.

The 20-0527 Remote Mount Fill Neck, Straight, 1.5in Barb is multi-functional and is primarily used with a body-mounted remote filler (not included). The fill neck has a machined hose barb connection for 1.5" filler hose (available HERE). The fill neck features a flapper check valve for rollover protection.

This gasket is used for Radium fuel cell fill necks. The 1/16" thick material is a premium quality variation of FKM. It uses 6 equally-spaced holes with a 2.18" bolt center.
