The Turbosmart GenV WG45 HyperGate45 External Wastegate is a motorsport-proven 45 mm external wastegate engineered to deliver exceptional boost control, outstanding flow performance, and long-term reliability. Designed as a direct upgrade for all Turbosmart Gen4 wastegates, the GenV WG45 features advanced CFD-optimised flow, class-leading thermal performance, and extensive configuration options for high-performance street and racing applications.
Built with a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body, Nitronic 60 valve guide, and 17-7 PH stainless steel springs, the HyperGate45 provides exceptional durability under extreme operating conditions. Its rotatable actuator housing, optional liquid cooling, and position sensor compatibility allow flexible installation and advanced tuning.
