The Turbosmart StraightGate76 Pneumatic External Wastegate is the world's highest-flowing external wastegate, engineered for extreme motorsport and high-performance applications. Its innovative 76 mm zero-offset butterfly valve delivers exceptional exhaust flow and near-linear boost control, providing unmatched performance across the entire operating range.
Unlike traditional poppet-style wastegates, the StraightGate76 uses a self-balancing butterfly valve that is equally loaded by exhaust drive pressure, reducing the force required for actuation and enabling an exceptionally wide tuning window. Supplied with 6 psi base springs, the GenV pneumatic actuator supports both single and twin-port boost control for maximum tuning flexibility.
