The Turbosmart Kompact EM Series VR30 Plumb Back Valve is a direct plug-and-play electronic diverter valve upgrade designed to replace the factory unit on high-performance twin-turbo V8 applications. It installs directly in place of the OEM valve with no adapters, hoses, or external solenoids required, while maintaining full OEM ECU integration.
Built using Turbosmart’s motorsport-proven billet valve technology, it integrates an internal high-speed electromagnetic solenoid and precision internal pressure control channels for fast, accurate boost response. The plumb-back design recirculates charge air back into the intake system, ensuring smooth drivability and factory-style operation.
The Boost-Balance valve system improves sealing performance as boost increases, making it significantly more reliable than OEM plastic diverter valves, especially under high boost conditions and sustained performance use.
