The Turbosmart Kompact EM Series Plumb Back Valve is a premium plug-and-play electronic diverter valve upgrade designed to directly replace the factory unit without any additional adapters, hoses, or external solenoids. Built on Turbosmart’s motorsport-proven billet valve technology, it integrates an onboard high-speed solenoid system and internal pressure control channels for full OEM ECU compatibility and precise boost management.
This VR20 variant uses a plumb-back (recirculating) design, making it ideal for OEM-style operation where discharged air is routed back into the intake system for smooth drivability and emissions compliance. The Boost-Balance valve design ensures improved sealing as boost increases, delivering enhanced reliability over factory plastic valves in high-pressure applications.
