The JBR EGR valve Delete Kit removes the entire EGR valve resulting in more horsepower and keeping carbon and soot build up from occurring in your DISI engine.

The EGR System recirculates dirty, hot exhaust gasses back into the intake resulting in a significant build up of carbon deposits on the valves. This build up will eventually lead to a loss of compression, loss of horsepower and ultimately leading to costly and time-consuming repairs to correct the problem.

By adding the JBR EGR Valve Delete Kit and removing the EGR valve, horsepower is increased! Cooler, denser air makes more power and recirculating hot exhaust gasses back into the intake is robbing you of that power! Removing the valve also increases the space needed for going big turbo plus, it really makes for a clean looking engine build.

Our EGR Valve Delete Plate is CNC machined from 1/2" 6061 aluminum and includes a brass coolant line fitting, a 304 stainless plug and all the necessary mounting hardware.

Achieve the highest level of protection against carbon and soot build on your valves up by pairing the JBR EGR Valve Delete Kit with one of our Oil Catch Can Kits.
