Quite simply, no BS. That’s right, we are honest, straight up enthusiasts offering quality parts at fair prices. No lies, no selling what we don’t have or can’t get, no delayed shipping because we want to try and get more orders together. We want our customers to have the best experience they have ever had with a performance parts supplier.
What is your refund/return policy?
We are obliged to fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. This means we will offer a refund if a part is faulty and we cannot repair or replace it for you. We are not obligated to refund you if you change your mind on a purchase. In some cases, a store credit will be given upon return of the goods in new condition (solely at our discretion).
Why aren’t there more products on your website?
We are committed to having a website which reflects the parts kept in stock on a regular basis. This means our customers get an accurate picture of what is available to them. We have access to just about anything.
How long will shipping take?
Generally speaking, we only sell products we actually have in stock. This means in 99% of cases you will receive your purchase within 3 business days of ordering. Usually overnight for North Island customers. You will receive an e-mail with track and trace information so you can track the progress of your order directly.
I can’t find what I am looking for, can you get it?
We can’t stock everything but we have access to over 350 brands. Simply contact us with what you need and we will do our best to get it for you.
What I want is out of stock, can I pre order it?
Absolutely. Good chance it’s already on order but if not, we’ll be able to special order it for you or give you an ETA on when it will next be in stock.
Do you sponsor cars?
We will take any formal sponsorship proposal seriously. Bear in mind we will expect to see a well thought out proposal, outlining how Speed Science will gain exposure from the sponsorship of your car.
Can I pick up my purchase?
Yes! The website will give you an option to pick-up from the shop. Just note the opening hours and make sure you come then 🙂

Bugger! Contact Us NOW and we will follow this up immediately. Remember to check your e-mail for the track and trace info. Chances are it might be on its way out to you now! Haven’t received an e-mail? Check your spam.
How do Loyalty Points work?
Loyalty points work like store credit. You’ll earn these on every purchase and then be able to cash them in on future purchases. You’ll be given the option at the checkout stage to cash them in. We value customer loyalty and believe in giving back to our customers in this way!
